Make Sure You are on Stock Deodex rom & On the latest Firmware

Download Z3-Phoenix Rom

Download Z3-Phoenix Rom V2

Go into CWM Recovery.

Flash Z3-Phoenix ROM Zip.

Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache.

Reboot

Again Go into CWM Recovery.

Flash Z3-Phoenix Rom V2

Wipe Cache and Dalvik-Cache.

Reboot...Done!Enjoy The New Looks!!

Note :-If you are already on Z3-Phoenix Rom V1 just Wipe data and cache and flash Z3- Phoenix V2
